Nicholas S. Geller, DDS

Dr. Nicholas S. Geller has been changing lives and perfecting emergency dental triage since 2005. Having started his dental career in Northwestern Wisconsin and growing up with a father that is a dentist, Dr. Geller quickly realized the need for accessible emergency dental care. A true dental care pioneer, Dr. Geller has brought focus to providing emergency dental care to those in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Many of his patients travel hours to benefit from the much needed treatment of his accommodating dental clinic. While many of his local colleagues trust their patients with Now Care Dental's after hours services, Now Care Dental exceeds their expectations with a comfortable atmosphere and affordable dental care. When Dr. Geller is not working in his Eagan dental office he enjoys fishing, biking and spending time with his wife Lori and twins, Hailey and Everett.
Dr. Geller graduated from Saint John's University in Collegeville, MN with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Science in 2002. Dr. Geller then went on to attend the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in Minneapolis, MN graduating with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2005. To this day Dr. Geller and staff actively pursue the highest level of continuing dental education to provide the latest in emergency dental care for all of his patients.
David D. Johnson, DDS

Dr. David Johnson is a Minnesota native who grew up in Stillwater, Minnesota. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from St. Olaf College in 2021.
Dr. Johnson began his dental career with Now Care Dental in 2021 as a sterilization technician and unlicensed dental assistant, where he gained firsthand experience in the importance of providing timely emergency dental care. He enjoyed the fast-paced environment and the opportunity to help patients find relief from pain and restore their oral health during dental emergencies.
He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, graduating in 2026. Dr. Johnson is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality emergency dental care and understands that dental emergencies can occur when patients least expect them. His goal is to help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for while addressing their urgent and everyday dental needs.
Dr. Johnson is an active member of the American Dental Association and enjoys attending continuing education courses and dental conferences to stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry.
Dr. Johnson currently resides in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, skiing, trying new recipes, and spending time with his girlfriend.
Tayler R. Dingmann, DDS

Dr. Tayler Dingmann is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and the Minnesota School of Dentistry, where she graduated with distinction. Raised in Cold Spring, Minnesota, she brings a welcoming, small-town approach to every patient interaction.
She provides compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals experiencing dental emergencies at Now Care Dental. Understanding that a dental emergency can be stressful and unexpected, she strives to create a calm, reassuring environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and well cared for. With a gentle touch and attentive approach, the focus is always on relieving pain, addressing concerns, and helping patients regain their oral health as quickly as possible.
Outside of the office, Dr. Dingmann enjoys spending time outdoors golfing, hiking, and planning new travel adventures. Whether treating a sudden toothache, dental injury, or another urgent dental concern, she is committed to delivering exceptional care with the same compassion and attention given to every patient who walks through the door.
